Mooney教授、波士顿大学John Edward Ebel教授分别作《Recent USGS Research on Earthquakes and Volcanoes》《Using Recent M≥4 Earthquakes to Estimate the Locations of Past and Future Large Strike-Slip Earthquakes》的讲座。电磁室王辉研究员和系统室王芃副研究员分别作《Strain Partitioning and Stress Perturbation Around Stepovers and Bends of Strike-Slip Faults: Numerical Results》《USYERF Status and Prospect》的讲座。台网中心王海涛主任、张永仙研究员，车时副所长以及双方有关科研和管理部门人员参加，与会人员就有关科学问题进行了深入的学术交流。
